These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of the Boiler Cleaning Assessment Centre (“BCAC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
BCAC provides boiler chemical cleaning assessment services, including laboratory analysis, professional cleaning evaluation, tailored solvent formulations, cleaning procedures and related recommendations. Services are provided on the basis of a formal quotation issued for each enquiry.
On receipt of an enquiry, BCAC provides a formal quotation with deliverables and instructions on where and how to cut tube samples. A binding engagement arises only upon acceptance of the quotation and our confirmation. Quotations are valid for the period stated therein.
You are responsible for cutting, packaging and dispatching tube samples in accordance with our instructions, and for providing accurate information about your boiler and operating history. The quality and reliability of our assessment depend on the accuracy of the information and samples supplied.
Assessment reports, cleaning decisions and solvent formulations are prepared for the specific unit and conditions described to us. They are advisory in nature. Actual chemical cleaning, passivation and disposal of spent solvents must be carried out by qualified personnel following applicable safety, environmental and statutory requirements. BCAC is not responsible for the execution of cleaning operations unless expressly agreed in writing.
Our assessments may reference industry standards such as BIS:10391-1994 and EPRI guidelines. Such references are for guidance, and the cleaning decision ultimately depends on tube deposit density, ease of cleaning and the number of under-deposit corrosion failures for your specific unit.
Fees are as set out in the accepted quotation and are subject to applicable taxes (GST No: 33ABFFB4404R1ZC). Payment terms are as stated in the quotation or invoice.
Each party agrees to keep confidential the technical and commercial information disclosed by the other in connection with the services, and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
All content on this website, and the methods, formulations and reports developed by BCAC, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reports are provided for your internal use in relation to the assessed unit.
To the extent permitted by law, BCAC’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement. BCAC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
